Very few today remember those that have done so much for the Games we love - be they great champion, great person or great support to the Games. Many have passed on and many are simply retired. I plan to post a Hall of Fame to honor the contribution of these people.
Please "Contact Us" with your candidates and your reasons for their selection. Examples of candidates might be Bill Anderson, John Ross, Cletus Abbott, Jim McGoldrick, Malcolm Ramsey, Keith Tice, and on and on and on. These few are provided in no particular order and I apologize to the dozens of worthy candidates that I did not list. Please do not flame me for leaving out your favorite. Just submit their name as a candidate. The only rule so far is the "Candidate must no longer be participating in the Games".
Further, I would appreciate your ideas on rules for inclusion in the Hall of Fame. We are not trying to validate sainthood - just create some simple rules such as "candidate must no longer be currenlty competing in the Games", etc. Any biographical info or photos would be appreciated.
I look forward to your ideas.
Best regards,
